Amy Peloff, Principal

Amy Peloff has been a freelance graphic designer for the past 20 years, creating flyers, magazines, books, and websites for a variety of clients, including universities, political candidates, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. She also has a Masters in Public Administration and Ph.D. in Gender Studies. Her writing on feminism has encompassed a variety of pop culture topics from Dolly Parton to Doctor Who, and she is a featured speaker on feminism and popular culture for Humanities Washington. A voracious consumer of female detective stories, sci-fi and fantasy television series, and Hollywood gossip, she continually studies the ways in which ideas about identities are created, presented, and shared through media and popular culture.
